The Starlight Workshop & Garage is more than storage — it's a dedicated space for the serious maker. Sited on a wooded lot off Starlight Drive in Happy Jack, this 624 sq ft detached garage was designed from the ground up to serve double duty as both a workshop and a fully functional garage.
Construction includes LP Lap siding painted to match the existing home, a 10×7 sectional garage door, and a new roof structure featuring GAF asphalt shingles backed by a 50-year Material and Labor warranty through Bowtie Roofing. The build also includes a remodel and addition to the existing deck, with the existing hand railing preserved and a fresh 50-amp electrical service trenched directly to the garage.
Every detail is coordinated with the existing structure — from the painted fascia and beam to the matched roofline — so the new garage feels like it was always part of the property.
