Beyond the Cabin.
Ironhorse Designs is known for the cabins, the decks, and the custom homes that dot the pines of Happy Jack — but this project is something different. The Bulldog Warehouse and Storage is our first major commercial development, and one we're preparing to build with the same precision and craftsmanship that defines everything we do.
The concept is straightforward but rare for this part of Arizona: a purpose-built campus that serves multiple needs under one roof. A dual-use complex built for the businesses growing into this area and the people who live the Arizona outdoor lifestyle. Leasable office space designed for small businesses and professionals, paired with covered RV storage built to the right clearance for Class A rigs, fifth wheels, and everything in between.
The structure is a commercial-grade steel frame engineered by Sirius Structures, LLC — designed to handle the serious snow loads and wind conditions that come with life at elevation in Northern Arizona. The masonry base and covered entry give it a presence that stands out, while the corrugated metal cladding keeps it rooted in the functional aesthetic of the high country.
This is Ironhorse proving that what we build isn't limited to residential. We're ready for what comes next.
