The Chuckwagon Hacienda is one of those projects where every detail tells a story. Situated on Chuckwagon Circle in Happy Jack, this home called for three distinct covered outdoor living spaces — each with its own character, all tied together by Trex Havana Gold decking and hand-forged custom steel railings crafted right here by the Ironhorse welding crew.
The front of the home makes an unforgettable first impression — a grand wrap-around covered porch that draws you in and invites you to stay. It's the kind of porch that was made for mountain mornings and long summer evenings.
The rear deck is where the drama lives. Double French doors flank a stone fireplace on either side, opening the living space to the outdoors in a way that feels intentional and luxurious. Above it all, a 22-foot vaulted ceiling turns the space into something truly architectural — sheltered from the elements but completely open to the mountain air.
Every railing on this project was designed and hand-forged by Ironhorse's own welders — no off-the-shelf components, no compromises. The result is ironwork that feels as much like furniture as it does structure.
